I am finally past the always nauseous stage and into the have to eat every 3-4 hours or I feel like I'm dying of hunger. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can keep by my bed for my middle of the night snack. Crackers are loud and blah. I was doing nutri grain bars but dunno if that's enough. Just want something that if I wake up at 4 am hungry I can easily eat while half asleep then pass back out. Preferably something good for me as I'm trying to stay decently healthy. I have lost 8 PDs since I got pregnant.
Not trying to loose anymore now that the morning sickness is gone. Any advice would be great thank you

Peanut butter or a handful of almonds! (Although those may be loud.)

I'm still in the nauseous phase, but I find a spoonful of peanut butter, or a 1/2 banana with pb seems to go down OK, taste good, and is a good healthy fat!

I think I'm gonna need more than that :( I feel like I'm starving even if I eat right before I go to bed. I can eat most anything now thankfully past the nausea but I feel awful if I don't eat. This mirning I ate a leftover donut and that helped but I'm pretty sure keeping donuts at my bedside is not good for me and bread is to bleh. Of all my dilemmas I never thought finding a food I could eat half asleep would be it. If I eat anything loud or have to concentrate I have serious issue sing passing back out :(

Tacos.

okay, probably not tacos. Buuuut, crackers, bread, peanut butter sandwiches, baby carrots, and lettuce are some of my favs when I'm not feeling well. I like the watery veggies as it seems to help the nausea go away some.

Good luck! ^_^

I like to keep fruit and nut bars next to the bed, plus a big jar of crunchy peanut butter(DH didn't even notice I'd swiped it for about 3 days, and only then because he couldn't find it to make a sandwich when he knew we had just bought a new jar :D ) Now I'm thinking I need to start spreading the peanut butter on my fruit and nut bars. That would be delicious. I also have a big jar of cashews. I am a cashew addict!
Some other snacks I can think of are Goldfish(Shamu and Friends around our house. I buy them for my toddler, but end up eating most of them myself) Annie's Bunny Grahams(again for my toddler, but I eat them :) ) animal crackers, raisins(plain or yogurt covered), trail mix, granola, Nilla wafers, etc.

Honestly about all I could eat were french fries. The salt and grease seemed to settle things for me. I know it's not the best but I could keep it down
