OK so im going to share my secret that led me to be pregnant after 4 years of TTC after a MC....

First of all i was taking Fertilaid and primrose oil (pills)
We were having sex once a day up until 4 days before my opk's started getting dark. when the test line got close to as dark as the control line this is what we did...

1. had sex once in the morning, and once at night...
2. when he "cums" make sure its a different sex position each time!!!
3. after sex, lay still for about 15 min. and prop your legs up!
4. keep doing the same time until after 3 days post ovulation to make sure it worked!! My friend told me to do this and i was like what the heck why not?? This is my last time trying!! and i never did it twice a day or let him cum in me in different positions every time!! and i think thats what worked!!


P.s. I never ovulated at the same time each month and taking primrose oil until u know u;ve ovulated, made me ovulate on exactly cd 14!! SO TRY THIS Do not skip a step!!

it has calcium, vit E, selenium and feet mix which helps with cm and not FDA approved but helps with ovulation. I started taking it this cycle and noticed difference including Ov bleed which is first time ever for me. So don't hurt to try ;-)

Did you take EPO up until you saw EWCM? or did you just stop at day cd14, sorry for the questions! x

U take it about cd1-2 until you ov and stop. That's it. Say about 1500-2000 mg but I started with 1000 for 3-4 days and upped it to 1500 as I'm regular I'm just trying to boost my body. Hope it works for you and me
It taste nasty btw they r pills but you still taste the capsule and oil. The best that worked for me was taking with grapefruit juice which also helps with cm. Also used pre seed. I know i went a little crazy lol. Let me know how it goes for you.

I came off BC last month and started taking EPO in capsule up to when I saw EWCM which I guess is when I O (sooo new to all this!) so just wanted to make sure "I'm doing it" right this making a baby malarkey isn't as easy as you'd think eh. Hope it works both of us too and we get our BFPs around the same time . Will defo keep you posted and will be stalking you too xxxxxxxxx

i took it until i got the positive opk which was cd 14 so thats when i stopped

your welcome hun... but i really think you should use opk's, it makes life easier!! and i also used preseed
