As the guidelines state you buy at your own risk and we advise all members to use paypal when buying goods from other members. Any disputes should then go through paypal where a refund is given where needed, if you paid by 'gift' or another method this is also done at your own risk and may want to consider how you handle payments for goods in the future.

I have for now restricted Lisas access and asked her to contact me, there could be a very good explanation for the problems caused and I'm sure like me we all hope she is ok.
