What do you do when you go out? Can you premake them and keep them cold somehow?

Was just wondering what everyone else does as until I can figure something out, I will use cartons!

if im going to somebodys house i pop them in their fridge, if im going shopping etc then i have insulated bottle bags that do the trick. And tbh in this cold weather i havnt even bothered with them!

Ahh ok, thanks! Do you still premake them as normal and then just keep them cold while you are out?

I put them in the insulated bit of my changing bag with some of those plastic ice cubes that you can re freeze just to keep it extra cold than just warm it when I need it.

I use a coolbag, its a sainsburys basics one and holds a iceblock and 4 bottles.

When I'm at home, I boil the kettle in the morning and fill as many bottles as I need for the day, to about 3.5oz, put lids on and leave to go cold. Then when she gets hungry I top one of the bottles up to 5oz with boiling water and add the formula. This seems to get it exactly the right temperature to give to her.

So, when I go out I'll have a bottle with 3.5oz of cooled boiled water, the right amount of formula in a container, and a thermos flask of boiling water that I can use to top it up to 5oz when I need and just add the powder to that. Maybe I'm overcomplicating but it's worked so far for me. If I'm out for a while and the thermos cools down, and I'm in a cafe or someone's house I can just ask them for some boiling water to top up the bottle with.

If I'm going somewhere close to home and to someone elses house I take it in the insulated bottle bag (it has already been in the fridge for well over an hour so it is properly cold), then put it in the fridge when I arrive. Otherwise, I do use cartons, although TBH in this weather I'm not too worried about taking a premade bottle with me as the outside temperature is colder than my fridge!

Same

Make bottles
Cool quickly and put in fridge until really cold
Put in coolbags for going out

depends how long im going out for, and when hes due a feed.

If im going out and i know hes going to feed within 2 hours, i take a bottle with me.
if its going to be longer then 2 hours before he feeds but he will feed while out i take the premade bottle in a coolbag with me.

 Thanks for all the replies! I have now bought a tommee tippee insulated bag (which can be used to keep bottles warm as well as cold) to take out with me!
