For those who go to the gym...powerplate?

Do any of you have a powerplate at ur gym? U kno the thing that vibrates?!

If so, would u recommend it?! We have one at our gym and I want to try it but it costs £30 a year and I was wondering if any of you have used it?!

Would love to know if its worth it before I buy it?!

I like to use it to help me stretch but I don't think it's good for toning and weight loss as it claims to do.

Better off doing proper weights.
BUt nice for relaxation
