for those who know when they ovulate

i dont have periods cuz of PCOS and dont know when or if i do O. but i quit my bc on the second pill of my new pack the 14th of july. then a week later on the 21 i got this pressure in my ovaries, this was for a few minutes, then the next day i got it again, and felt sick and had an upset stomach and loose stool. today the 23rd, i feel fine as can be and woke up to a strong smell of banana, my nieve was eating it in the next room, and i even smelled my sisters ciggerette that i normally don't!, could i have o'ed? help please! i dont have CM
