Im mix feeding and giving my lo cow and gate pre made up formula and i just realised i left it out the fridge for 2 1/2 hours! should i chuck it or will it be safe to use? x

I would chuck it, but it depends what the storage instructions are on the side.

If you already mixed it up, throw it out. Its no good after an hour at room temperature. Better safe than sorry:)

I would probably chuck as she's so little still. Better to be safe than sorry x

ETA - sorry said exactly same as JD! Crossed posts!

Normally I'd say throw it out but when my daughter was in ICU they kept pre mixed formula for 4 hours after opening in the open not in a fridge

was that the liquid kind or the powder kind? I think there are different time limits on how long they are good for. Powder is usually only an hour.

Ready made cartons.

I think the liquid kind has a longer sit time than powder. The powder kind is only good for an hour at room temp.
