Has anybody ever tried the First Response Fertility Test. The one that you take during your period to tell if you are able to get pregnant? What kind of a reading does it give you, like yes or no? I guess I just don't really understand it.

Hi I haven't heard of that, I will be interested to see the responses you get

This is what I was referring to:

I have taken the test. What it does is test for your CD3 FSH levels as an indicator of the quality of your ovarian reserve. Or in other words, it tests to see if the eggs you have left are good. FSH (folicle stimulating hormone) encourages the egg to the folicle. If your CD3 levels are high, being at a point in your cycle when you are not approaching ovulation, it could indicate that your body is working too hard to produce a quality egg.

When you take the test, you actually don't want two lovely lines. No line to a faint line is considered normal while a line darker than the test would indicate high FSH. I had a faint line when I took it.
