Hi everyone, I was wondering if I could get some advice.
I was put on a weight loss programme with the nurse because when I lost my dad back in 2009, I comfort ate and went 7 months without af. Thanks to the weight loss programme My periods have come down from 70+ day cycles down to 45 days give or take a day or two. The dr always told me that them being so light and spotty was ok because it was probably just my hormones getting sorted after not having af for so long.
Anyway this year I got fed up of the spotting / light flow and looked into why this could be, and a common answer seemed to be that my uterine lining wasn't thick enough and baby aspirin could help with this.
So I ordered some (75mg) and coincidentally I started them the day that I started spotting before my light flow started. And after taking my first tablet that day, the following day I was having a proper full blown af, heavy, clots etc, which I honestly don't mind as I'm way overdue one of these
What's worrying me is the fact that I'm still bleeding on cd8, it has got a lot lighter, no more clots etc, but I've still got that flow, and when I think it's finished, it just starts back up again
Am I freaking out over nothing or should I get myself to the dr next week if it hasn't stopped by Monday?![Blush  ](/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/blush.gif)
