Freaking out!!!

So I was only estimating myself to do about 8dpo! I had the urge to test I don't know why something just came over me and this is what I got!! I work in a doctors office and these are the tests we use so they should be reliable right?? I'm freaking out now. Please tell me you can see the line and I'm not crazy! It came up within 5 mins with smu!!

I have some frer in my purse. I'm gonna see if I can get a good hold and test with on of those. But like I said this is the test we use in our doctors office so I would think it would be accurate. The box says 20miu. If that's the case though I don't have any idea when I ovulated
