Freckle/mole appeared

Hi I've just noticed that my 4yr old daughter has a small dark brown spot on the underside of her upper arm, I've never noticed it before and I'm 99% sure it's appeared in the last week or so. I'm not sure if it's a freckle or mole, I don't think it's raised but if it is is very slightly. Do moles/freckles just appear or should I be concerned and take her docs, feel a bit ridiculous going just for a freckle or mole

They just appear! My eldest likes to hunt for new ones on her body, she has random ones but not alot... my 3yr old has a couple on her body and a few on her nose. Totally normal!

All of my LO's freckles/moles have come seemingly out of nowhere all of a sudden.

My daughter has a number of moles and freckles that have randomly popped up on her skin. I think it is common in fair skinned children.

They appear. Rio has one on his butt cheek

My daughter has one that just appeared at around 18 months.
I think it's quite common

Yeah they start appearing when they're young
