Do u express into a cup thing and then pour the milk into the bags? or do u express into the bags themselfs (as in is there an attachment directly to them)? Sorry but im so new to this and no1 i know has breastfeed

Most pumps have a thread so that you can screw the bottle directly onto them. You could then store this milk in the fridge in that bottle (with a lid on) or you could decant into another container/freezer bag.

As I said in your other thread, you can get freezabke bottles that attach to Medela pumps. They have a lid and can be frozen. :)
