Freezing ebm

I have those milk bags, how much should i freeze at a time? 4oz? or less?

Once it's defrosted it will need using so make sure it's not too much that you use lots of bags, but enough to use it up

I have been stashing 2oz at a time. So less is wasted if LO plays silly fools

I freeze about 5 oz cos thats what LO take in a feed... althought i have given up expresing for the mo...

I freeze whatever drains from the boob so normally about 4-5oz.
