FRER & Clearblue BFP!

Got my BFP on Saturday 12th and tested with a Clearblue digital. On Sun & Mon I tested with a FRER. The control/test lines seem to be in the wrong way though? The line on the left is much darker than the right, but the test info sheet says the control line is the right hand one. Has anyone else had this before?

No, I've never seen that.....Usually the control is darker, except for mine, where they were both the same. But why does it matter?!? You're pregnant! CONGRATS!!! Wonderful

all i think thats happend hun is the bfp has jus knicked all the dye before the control line got to get sum cuz its a strong bfp! if that makes any sence at all

I was wondering if that was possible! I thought maybe it was just wishful thinking on my part though!! Thanks ever so much for your opinion on it.

I bought another double pack of FRER tests today, and I did 1 with pee and 1 with water. I can confirm that the water test had a normal dark control line on the right hand side. The pee test had a very strong and thick test line, with a faint control line. So just goes to prove that the dye is used up in the first line if it's a strong positive.

Confusing or what?? Think I'll stick to digitals

Sorry for the laugh , Snow girl we are soooooo alike . Me and you . Today i couldnt helpmyself i know iam but just wanted to so baught a double pack , I allso did one mens urine lol and one mine , His was normal controll line and obviously no positive line lol .
Mine had super super dark positive line but a faint controll line .
I think iam around 8 weeks by the way . xxx Gemma
