Frustrated can anyone help please?

This is my first month using OPK's and I am very confused. I have had irregular cycles since coming off the pill but my last 3 cycles have been 38 days so I have assumed this month would be a 38 cycle as well.

Anyway just in case I started tesing at cd 15 which was last Weds. I have had 2 lines clearly visible everyday but the test line has always been faint up until today cd 24 when there was no test line there at all.

I'm really upset I feel like I must have missed my OV which I thought was going to be tomorrow, I counted 38 days from the 1st day of my last period and then backwards 14 days to work this out.

Is it possible that the LH surge would go down dramatically before I OV tomorrow?

Yes totally possible ov tests can be stark White before a positive then stark White again after x

I like using the smiley face OPK because it takes out all the guess work. They are a little more expensive but so worth it for your sanity! I usually have on average a 33 day cycle and don't get the smiley until day 20 or 21 so there is still hope you didn't miss it! Good Luck!
