Getting frustrated that my af still has turned up since my ectopic surgery it 6 weeks post op today all I want is for it to returned of get my bfp

It's so hard when you're ready to start again but your body isn't playing ball! After my first mc my AF took 7 weeks and it felt like a lifetime. I really hope yours turns up soon and your sticky BFP follows closely behind x
