Hi!

I guess it basically depends on your case. They will probably suggests some tests. Since I don't have any experience with MC's I don't know what will happen.

All I wanted to suggest was that if you have any kind of temperature charts or even just observations about your LP or anything. Take that with you. I am sure any extra information that you can provide would be helpful.

Also write down your questions when I went, I forgot half the things I had meant to ask

Yey, your first appointment!!!!
The FS will ask you about your cycles and you will need to fill out general forms. It also depends on what tests you have already had, do you have an idea of what the problem is?
Since our first appointment I have had to go for a scan/blood test and my oh a SA before our follow up appointment.
Write down any questions you have too. xx

Yay for getting an fs!! They will start with questions and bloods and scans. Depending on your needs of course. They'll need to know EVERYTHING about your cycles. So expect tons of bloods.

I have had a lap, hysterscopy, D&C, HSG, hydrotubation, blood tests, scans, and DH has had a SA. I have been on Clomid and Prometrium (progesterone) for like 8 cycles. Three miscarriages.

Its been a while since my initial appt, and I am sure things are different over here than where you are, but I know I had to do a LOT of paperwork. There were questions about family history and medical problems for me and my OH, what type of job I had (for stress level I guess) if we smoked/drank/ did drugs, etc.

Good luck at your appt - I really hope they can figure out what keeps causing you to miscarry

Good luck Jasmak on friday with your FS appointment. I guess he/she will ask about your history, take all/any blood results with you, and I guess take the meeting as it comes. In the meantime you may get some questions coming to you between now and then. Just jot them down so you don't forget. My FS is also my Gynae Dr so he knew where things were at, which worked out really well. Good luck again, will be looking forward to hearing how you went xo Perhaps put a journal together so we can stalk your journey
