Thanks for the info everyone. Your posts have been very insightful. I have an appointment (at 16 weeks, phew, the OB/Gyn hasn't brought it up right away with everything else we are dealing with) with a nurse at the hospital to explain the system and what options are available. At least I have a bit more info and can discuss the concerns people have mentioned and can see what they think and what they advise in my situation as well.
