Are you hoping for a particular gender: I want another boy, DH wants a girl

Is there a plan when TTC (OPKs, temp etc): not at first. If not preggo in 4 months will use OPKs to confirm ovulation. If not preggo in 6 will temp.

Have you thought about how you want to announce: I want to involve my DS somehow. Maybe a shirt with big brother or let him tell people...i'm not sure yet

Any names picked out: Claire Therese Lynn for a girl....no idea on a boy! My top runner is Calvin but DH isn't convinced

Will you do a gender reveal party: yes! didn't do one for DS and want to do something special since this will be our last

How would you like to deliver: natural in a hospital. I got an epi at 9 cm with DS and it was a great experience. But would like another try for an unmedicated delivery and hopefully won't tear this time.

What are you looking forward to the most: the BFP, announcing, hb, movements, labor and delivery, holding LO for first time, introducing DS to them...all of it!

What are you looking forward to the least: i still have lingering carpal tunnel in my hands from DS and not looking forward to that getting worse. Also had bad MS that will be difficult to manage with a toddler if I get it again!

Are you hoping for a particular gender: Dh says we are having a boy first, but I have a nagging feeling we will have twins and one of each.. Honestly as long as it's healthy I don't care.

Is there a plan when TTC (OPKs, temp etc): Prenatals and SMEP...Im going on 6.5 years with a Mirena so I feel like I'm really going to have to track it.

Have you thought about how you want to announce: I have... But not decided yet. This will be the first grandkid on Dhs side so we want it to be special

How would you like to deliver:God willing EXACTLY the way I delivered my daughter! I had a very fast labour (6 hours in total), a MAGIC epidural lol, and I pushed 2 times! I would REALLY like an encore of that!!!

What are you looking forward to the most: Cuddling in bed with my husband, daughter and newborn baby

What are you looking forward to the least:Witching hours I thought I would never survive that with my daughter!!! And it finally got better at 8-10 months... soooooo not looking forward to that!!!!!!

Are you hoping for a particular gender: I've always felt like I'd have a girl first, but I'll just be happy either way.

Have you thought about how you want to announce: I've got a Halloween option (if we conceive sooner) and a Christmas one (if we conceive later).

Will you do a gender reveal party: not sure - we're going to be planning a wedding (with the ensuing festivies, showers, etc), will have just had a housewarming this year, and it feels like that would be kind of a lot, both for us to plan and to ask of our friends. But, maybe?

How would you like to deliver: As naturally as possible (would like to explore Bradley method), in a birth center. Subject to change

What are you looking forward to the most: Absolutely EVERYTHING! The BFP, the movements, holding the baby I've been dreaming about my whole life. And I think I'm going to do a scavenger-hunt style announcement to my OH

What are you looking forward to the least: I'm very shy about bodily functions, and I'm really not looking forward to needing to pee, having gas, hemorrhoids, pooping on the table...

Any fun plans between now and then: The usual adventures, play dates, and trips to see family.

Are you hoping for a particular gender: This time around I'm kind of hoping for a girl, but, I will be happy either way.

Is there a plan when TTC (OPKs, temp etc): Not sure yet.

Have you thought about how you want to announce: Not really sure yet -- possibly try to recreate one of those adorable pictures from pinterest. I'll most likely tell family over the phone (long distance) but announce to everyone else over social media.

Any names picked out: Not yet.

Will you do a gender reveal party: Probably not.

How would you like to deliver: I would like to try to go unmedicated this time. That was my goal with my son but I didn't prepare myself enough. I would like to try and find a birthing center within a reasonable distance to my area so that I have the option of having my son be in the room for part/all of labor (depending on what he is comfortable with at the time). Hospitals around here don't let children in when they are under 3. My son would be 2 if I conceived right away and I don't want to face the scenario of having my son crying for me and not being able to come see me. I wouldn't necessarily let him see anything "graphic". My son and I have an incredible bond and he is very attached to me -- it makes me anxious to think about having him be without me when he needs me. But I'll face that hurdle when I come to it.


What are you looking forward to the most: The idea of giving my son a sibling fills my heart with joy. I have a great bond with my own sibling and I would love to give my son that opportunity. He's so caring already and I know he'd make an amazing big brother. I'm also looking forward to feeling the new baby moving around and kicking.

What are you looking forward to the least: Honestly, in-law issues -- smoking being the main one. The idea of having someone come around and touching my newborn baby while reeking of smoke terrifies me. There are some boundary issues that are still being worked out. Everything else seems like a cake walk compared to confrontation. Hah.

How would you like to deliver: painlessly?! It'll be my first, so i don't know how i'll cope, i'll be going to hospital and will probably see how it goes but would like usual options for pain relief. Would quite like a water birth but not got a lot to base that on really.
