Hi,
I have a two year old daughter and we live in a flat on the first floor. My two year old loves to run around and that seems to disturbing the lady on the ground floor.
We leave our buggy on ground floor and when ever my daughter runs around the ground floor lady opens the door shouts/abuses and throws or kicks the buggy and infact she has torn the cover though i have not seen her do it.
So really not sure what to do. I try explaining to my two year old but she is too young to understand.
I do not want to speak to my neighbout because she is foul mouthed as i have seen her shouting and fighting with her estate agent as she did't pay her rent some time back.
My contract with the agent expires after four months so vacating the flat is not an option i have.
Can any of you please advice me what options do I have
