How effing hard is it to deliver a freaking take out order!! I am ready to knock someones head off. I placed an order with swiss chalet online and they arrived on time (630pm) with my order but didnt put my lemon pie in it. I called them back and told someone and they said "we will have that rushed out to you" I paid for the stupid freaken pie I just want the stupid freaken pie!!! Its now 8:09pm and I just had to call back because my pie still isnt here!! Im so pissed off and the guy said there was no note on my account saying anything had to be rushed out. seriously...Im not in a good mood to begin with and this doesnt make it any better. I wish hubby was home because he probbly would have reamed them out and got us an extra free pie or something.

haha I know what you mean here, using OH as a weapon is something I like to do as well, because he always gets his way somehow, and I never have the guts to. Hope they give you something extra.

This is my onlie reciept because I ordered online! It effing gets sent to them...how the heck do you fuck something like that up?! I can see if I ordered it by phone but my ACTUAL receipt is exactly the same. Im pissed. 8:50pm and still not here. Hubby is calling at 9pm if they are still no show. Its ok if they screw up...I dont mind that sometimes but I have already paid for the fucking meal and have already called the stupid place TWICE! Im just livid...someone may lose their balls.

I ordered a cheese pizza the other night, with extra cheese. I got my order confirmed by email and it was delivered 20mins later. Only there was NO cheese. Actually there was nothing on it all all, just a pizza base on it's own! I tried ringing back for 20mins but no one would pick up the phone (I hate that!) so in the end I rang their head office and bitched until they brought me a pizza.

Hmmphhh Shawn called them. He gave them heck about it and we got 2 free meals, an appetizer and 2 desserts for the next time we go back there. The kitchen manager said he sent the pie out with the driver over an hour ago and now cant get a hold of him on his phone. Now im just sitting here thinking that the driver is sitting somewhere eating my pie the kitchen manager said the pie still may show up but it may not but regardless if it does or if it doesnt we will be getting free meals. serves them right!

Well, I meant more.. I understand mistakes... but if you call in and they say they're gonna get it rushed to you... but didn't even put anything on there saying it's coming, THATS when i get pretty peed off!!! lol.

But what a sweet deal that he called and now you get lots of free food.

And about the driver eating your pie!! hahahaha

Its now 11:07pm and Im assuming they are never coming with my pie..lol Shawn is almost home from work and stopped in at Sobeys to get lemon tarts for me haha....if I wasnt on AF right now I would seriously think I was pregnant with the mood swings I was having this morning..actually all day...and with this pie craving. Watch them come with my pie tomorrow lol xx

We usually dont have a problem with them but dont usually order it in all the time either. This was the first time I used the online option to order it because I didnt feel like talking to anyone because they usually eff up the order in some way. My friend uses the online option to order in when they do order and her orders dont usually get messed up...ever! I honestly dont know how they effed it up because the order is sent directly to them and is all written down. Im still pissed but now get a free meal lol and shawn brought me home lemon tarts and it was yummy!
