Galt Playnest gym instructions

Hello all, I got a Galt playnest with the gym on it through eBay and they didn't have any instructions to give me - I can't get the gym to stay upright and I think I cracked the black plastic tube junction/connector thingy. I know I'm doing something wrong - if anyone can send me instructions or take a pic on your phone of what it looks like when it's connected I would be eternally grateful!!

We had this, it's rubbish! I don't have the instructions but I read a lot of reviews on amazon, someone recommended using washing up liquid to lubricate the poles and then it stays up. It's a silly design, but that worked for us. Good luck x
