I am traveling this weekend and next week, but I'll check in :) Will try to watch on my iPad!
 
Friend of mine still has my copy of season one :( on Blu ray I might add! Looks incredible in high def
 
I'm in for watching from the start. I have season one on dvd and should hopefully have season 2 by the time we get to it too

^^Same as this!! And he hasn't even started watching it either :( But I can watch on my iPhone/laptop. I'm heading to France on Monday so I may also be a little behind too.

INCIDENTALLY!!!... I just flicked on the tv and "A knight's tale" is on, with Heath Ledger. And who is his friend in the film?? Robert bloody Baratheon!!! Hahaa! x
 
This friend has watched it but I never see him much and when I do I forget to ask for it back lol. Think he's had it about a year!

Did you know the guy playing the hound (Rory McCann) was in the Scottish oats ad from years ago? I remember that as a kid so seeing it again knowing who he was I was like 'OMG'

Ooh I remember having the oats in the house! With the "cartoon" man in a kilt on the packet. But I don't know if I saw the advert on tv? Do u have a link to the actual advert by any chance?... x
 
I don't have the link at the mo (currently accessing via mobile) but if I get on my laptop later ill try posting it! Or its available on you tube :)

It's quite funny, his kilt blows up in the wind in front of two ladies :p

He's very hot. Seems like a nice bloke too from what I've read in interviews with him. He apparently rescued a little bird (can't remember details). Thought that was a nice touch :)

Haha I'd like to see that episode. I can imagine it being pretty funny actually.

Looking forward to season 4, especially Joffrey and Margery's wedding. 77 food courses! Made me hungry reading it lol.

There's also a bit I'm not looking forward to but I won't divulge.

No, please don't divulge, I just saw the BIGGEST Jon snow spoiler as a heading on westeros.org :cry: I try to steer clear of any spoilers. I can never visit that website again! x

You know you're spending too much time thinking about GOT /this thread, when you have an epic nightmare where ur catelyn stark trying to rescue ur daughter (arya) from a tower cell, and eventually ur rowing like crazy towards the Tower of London in a tiny boat and dd's childcare provider (playing Melisandre in this warped dream!) is rowing after u so u can't get back ur daughter. She caught up with me, so I upended her boat, pushed her in the water and held her under by her hair until she drowned ... :wacko::cry:
I was then brought before the lannisters for my death sentence...
BLOODY HELL!!!!!!!!!!!' I need help :boat: :shipw: :telephone::telephone:
(that last emoticon is me calling a shrink!)
 
Ahh if it's a sad Jon snow spoiler I think I know which one you mean, although I haven't read that part yet. I've put dance with dragons on hold again until I read the final sookie stack house novel (doesn't take me long to read them) and then I'll continue. It's getting exciting again so can't wait to read it all but then once I have I will join those who have finished it in the waiting game for the next one which is milessss away!

Haha that's a pretty mad dream. Mine usually are...last night involved trying to beat this ugly alien with bad skin. Never had a GoT one tho

Did you hear the Iron Throne is coming to Cardiff? I'd love to go!

Ooh no, it wasn't a sad Jon snow spoiler :( The crying was me finding things out before their due time. But now that I know there *is* a sad Jon snow story I feel even more sad :cry:
Re the dreams, it's refreshing to know that someone else has crazy dreams :wacko: like me!
Re the iron throne: that would be *cool* to see!! But I don't live in wales anymore :( so I probably won't get to see it. Is it a whole touring museum? x
 
Ahh sorry but I could mean a couple of things and might not mean what it appears :)

I do have dreams where I wake up and think 'my head needs checked' because they make absolutely no sense! I have suffered from sleep paralysis (luckily hasn't happened in a long time) and once had such a bad dream I forced myself awake and saw a 'demon' sitting on my bed. It seemed so real I hard to wake my OH up to tell him once I could move again.

I don't think they are travelling to many places in the UK. I think it went to Ireland and London or will do. There's a lot of guests going from sci fi stuff. Actually syrio (aryas dance teacher) is going which is pretty cool. If I'd hard the money I'd go to Throne Con...the first one Rory McCann went to. It's been far too long since I went to a convention!
