gammon ???

Im making broth today with gammon veg and lentils etc in it and was wondering if it would be ok to give some to Sam he is nearly 8 month i know the gammon is salty but i was thinking i could make his in a separate pan with just i little bit of gammon in.

We have given Em gammon on a few occasions and she loved it. With it being so salty we just moderate the amount that we give her and make sure she mostly has the veg.

i've given seren gammon aswell in small amounts, she loved it

If you soak the gammon in a bowl of water over night it removes most of the salt. Then you can cook it and give them as much as they want! It also makes it lovely and tender too.
