Hiya, can you plz give me some ideas for snacks im so hungry all the time:blush:....baring in mind i am veggie!!!....the no sugar jellys are nice but not filling could really do with cup of tea and half a pack of hobnobs:haha:.........( <<<<<saying that just out of interest this morning i tested my partners blood after he had just devoured half a pack of choc hobnobs with a cuppa.....well after an hour it was 4.8!!!!!!! while after my special k with skimmed milk was 8.8:growlmad::growlmad:soooooooooo jealous) anyway thanks girls x

Generally I have yoghurts (shape zero or weight watchers).
Quavers or skips crisps.
Any fruit.
No added sugar Angel Delight (the Asda one is better for me).
Jelly...gets boring though!
Low fat/sugar biscuits...cant remember the brand but after looking at nearly every label on each packet there are some biscuits you can have. Just not too many in one sitting! :)

I do find it hard to find decent snacks though, so I bulk up my main meals with veg or good carbs.

Sorry I'm not much help!

I stick to apples or Muller Light yoghurts. I did go through a phase of oatcakes with cheese too, but I have cheese for lunch (every day!) so I changed to something else.

I used to have 2 digestive biscuits and a lump of cheese. Very easy if you need to go out!

I couldn't touch high carb foods (anything with wheat, rice etc.) so had Muller Light yogurts, lots of nuts (yes you can eat peanuts according to the NHS guidelines now), slices of ham (no good if you're veggie) and spoonfulls of peanut butter (with no bread!)

:)
