Gender guesses this was 14 weeks 5 days...

How accurate is a gender scan at 14 almost 15 weeks? I know what the tech told me this baby is, but I want to make sure lol. I want to start buying things but I am nervous too!!! Is this obvious as to what this baby is? is it likely to change??? I am 15 weeks today this was done friday. i have 2 boys that are ages 3 and 1 this will be my last little one.. I would love to start shopping but I am nervous
