Gender Ultrasound but 2 different people disagree?!

Okay. So I had a gender ultrasound at 16+3 and we were told we are having a boy. We mailed copies of the ultrasound out to family and friends and 2 people have said it doesn't look like a boy. Now I am driving myself insane!

I have my anatomy scan in a couple of weeks and hopefully the ultrasound tech will be nice enough to take a peek at the gender. But till what do you think?

Thank you. I do too. I was totally convinced when we left the ultrasound but now with two people who don't know each other say they don't think its a boy has put a doubt in my mind. Crazy hormones and obsessive behaviors!

I don't know why I let people get me so worked up. LOL. The ultrasound tech was sure it was a boy and so were we. So why would two people not educated in ultrasounds give me such a big doubt?! LOL.

Definately looks like a boy to me I wouldn't let what people say worry you. I'm sure the radiographer will have no issues with confirming babas gender at your next scan though

On a side note, I love the potty shots! Looks like your little one is just sat on a piece of glass and your looking from under, so funny!

mine looked like the above pic and was a girl i would be shocked if yours wasn't a boy. my mother in law and husbands grandmother refused to believe my baby was a girl and even after she was born kept giving me boy things and blue. so don't worry in a few weeks your will find out 100percent what your baby is.

Thank you everyone. I am confident that the gender scan was correct and we are having a little boy. I just started to second guess everything when 2 unskilled individuals said it doesn't look like a boy to them. And baby was not shy about giving up his potty shot. I guess I panicked as the what if it was wrong settled in!

Awesome! What part of Iowa? I am about 30 minutes from Des Moines.

You will love the staff there they are AMAZING! We actually want to go back at 30 weeks we enjoyed it so much. We brought my 3 teenagers and my husbands sister and everyone enjoyed it. They have a big projector screen that you watch the ultrasound on so everyone can see. There is a couch if you bring anyone with and ofcourse a big comfy bed and a chair for the mommy and daddy!
