Ethan used to have a really good feeding schedule, he would have had anything from 4-6oz every 3-4 hours during the day. Since teething had started, around 12 weeks for us his feeing has gone to pot. It's at its worst now, he will never have any more than a 4oz bottle apart from his bedtime one where he could have maybe 6-7oz. Today he has been having 2-3oz every 2 hours. I am desperate to get him back to a good feeding schedule again. Has anyone been through something similar? I'd be grateful for any advice :flower:

Hi hun. Omar went through this phase when he was 5 mnths old. He went back to schedule when he was finally weaned at around 7 mnths & started to go for 2-3 solids with 3 bottles 5-6 oz each. At 6 + mnths once they'r fully weaned & on 3 solids they only need 18-21 oz of formula. I didnt give him extra bottles to make up for the dropped ozs, I used to just add the remains to his cereals or food & if he refuses to take it, I used to offer him more dairy like yoghurt & cheese. xx

Aw thanks hun, thats put my mind at ease. Fingers crossed that we will get abck to a schedule soon. He's starting nursery in 5 weeks time so wanted him to be fully weaned by then :flower:

Hello

My daughter is going through this right now it took me a week to find out she was teething.
I've just decided to go with what she wants because i tried everything and nothing seems to work right now, i'm hoping it won't last much longer.
