Fitting car seat
We got our carseat from Mothercare about a year ago and I took it out today to Hoover the back seat and can't find the manual to put it back in

Do you think I can drive to Mothercare tmw and ask them to reinstall it? Or halfords?

Do you have to pay?

Also is ERF based on weight only? Or weight and age (which ever comes first)

ERF is weight/height i believe. age doesnt come into it tbh, its just an average age/height ratio as a guideline.

Yes you should be able to take it to mothercare or halfords and they can fit it. if you bought it from mothercare, tell them so - they'll prob fit it anyway if its a standard popular model like a maxi cosi etc.

im not sure if they charge, although i highly doubt it - the point of the service is to encourage people to have them fitted safely, if they charged people wouldnt bother. My halfords didnt charge me, but the guy was flirting at the same time so maybe thats why :dohh:
