Getting Induced!

I really didn't expect this, but in less then 24 hours I will be getting induced. Since I'm having a Vbac, there isnt much they can do other then break my water, which can put me in hard, active labour in seconds. This happened with my 4th baby, and was intolerable. I aasked if they can just give me cervadil and send me home (last night I was in hospital) but since I am already 4 cm, they dont like to do that cuz cervadil is like a thin piece of paper, and if it falls behind the cervix it can cause extremely hard contractions which is dangerous for vbac. So, all I can do is hope that I start labour on my own within 19 hrs. Im gonna get out my breast pump, find a yoga ball somewhere and bounce on it, other then that I really dont know what else I can do that might work. Now Im kicking myself for not doing baby registries where they give something like $500 of stuff, if you have your baby on the due date!

If anyone has any ideas on how to get me started on my own please let me know!! xxxx

Well, I'm still Pregnant! I had about one hour sleep and went in t get induced. U waited something like 5 hrs, there were all kinds of emergencies from csections to ppl needing to get Induced for High bp or whatever. Since my baby seems happy where ge is, they though it would be ok to let me wait another few days. They were considering breaking me water, but the head still hasn't engaged, and that would risk the chance of cord prolapse. si now I news to try and get myself into labour and get the head lower! Still sitting at 4 cm though.

Lol, please done mind the spelling mistakes, or the wrong words being used. I'm using my iPhone and the darn auto correct thinks it knows better! I should have read before posting.
