Getting journal moved

Hello I have 2 quick questions
1. If I am "NTNP" and wish to have a journal, am I allowed to have one in the TTC journal section? And,
2. If question one is answered yes, can I pretty please get my journal moved from WTT journals to TTC journals?

you can have a journal in TTC, thats not a problem

as for moving your journal in WTT - the only journals we move are from TTC to LTTTC or AC, so you would need to start a new journal, you can post the link too your new journal in your old journal so people can follow you and then post the link to your old journal in your new journal so your new follows can catch up
