Today was absolutely the worst! I was dying with MS. I bought two pieces of ginger from the supermarket...boiled it...drank a cup...and so far I have been feeling ok for about an hour. The best I have felt in a couple of weeks. Still not 100 percent but much better...will it last? could this be the miracle I am looking for? anyone else tried it?

It totally works. in my first preg, I used these ginger chews. Easy to carry around with you.

Yes, ginger can help. Taking 50-100mg of B6 2x a day (no more than 200mg a day) helps, too.

I have heard it works, my secret weapon is lemon drops!

best wishes

My SIL did mention that she too found relief from boiling ginger like you did. I have tried ginger tea from Twinings but hated the taste so didn't bother trying the actual ginger pieces. But I am now relying on would you believe Weight Watchers Ginger and Lemon Cookies and they do seem to work too. I always have some in my bag when I leave the house and since they come wrapped in twos (it is a box of 6 x 2) I don't get icky crumbs everywhere either. :D I have tried Ginger Nut cookies but they didn't help me at all.
