Girl again? Skull theory?

Top is my daughter at 11.6weeks
Bottom is new baby 12.3 weeks

I have 3 daughters, all 3 skulls looked very different. With DD#3 I got mostly boy guessed based on skull (had no visible nub) therefore I no longer guess by skull, nor believe in it, but your image just gives me vibes for some reason.

I have one of each and their skulls/scans were very similar so I thought we were having another boy! I would also guess for you
