Girls v boys :-)

My girl is a diva now but shes so girly its unbelievable. She will only wear skirts that swish and loves playing with her babies. Shes very affectionate too :cloud9:

I'm scared of having a boy! Eek, a winky.

:haha: this is my secret fear of having a boy in the future!

I love my gorgeous princess :cloud9: I enjoy dressing her in gorgeous clothes and doing her hair pretty! She is very clever and very good with her development milestones. I love and hate how independant she already is though. She would rather do her own thing 90% of the time but enjoys crawling around like a nutter with mummy and daddy. If she is hurt she will come for a mummy cuddle, or sometimes she will crawl/walker over and put her arms up for a cuddle :cloud9:

I'm excited for the future with her, so excited, but i hope it comes slowly i want my baby to be a baby for aslong as possible.

It's not that bad... just have to be on your guard during nappie changes :haha:

 with my LO the minute i see his Willy raise it gets covered. I've been squirted a few times and he smiles when he does it. he knows :haha:

I don't know. My daughter is pretty content and chilled out generally. I like having a mini me!

But I'd like a son too :)

In hospital after having him I was changing ds happy and all the ladies were laughing at me. I sat there squeaking and asking do I need to touch it and trying to flick his willy out the way with a wipe :haha:

I love having a girl! I really like the choice of clothes, with boys it's mainly trousers or shorts, with girls you can choose dresses, skirts aswel. Ava is quite a tomboy though, and SUCH a litte diva. She will definitley let you know if she's not happy with something, she keeps me on my toes! She also hit her milestones months ahead of what she should of, plus I think OH secretly loves that's she's a daddys girl.

I would love a boy next time though, I ear about them being chilled out and do love the smart little shirts you can get them

My LO is exactly like her brother was at her age, its like raising the same child!

Don't know how she'll be when she's 4, but I hope she's as laid back, kind and caring as he is:flower:

The best thing about having a girl is the clothes. Holly was rocking a leopard print dress the other day, boys look a bit silly in leopard print :haha: I do find girls to be more lairy than boys though, it always seems to be the girls causing havoc at baby group while the boys chill :coolio:

jake's always been very laid back. although i have nothing to compare him to yet!

I like having a girl cos she doesn't pee on me when I change her nappy.

She's not cuddly at all though and definitely not laid back! She's very strong and physical though (I say as I watch her move the coffee table back and forth :haha: )

 I guess since I worked as a preschool/toddler room, changing nappies doesn't phase me at all, whether it be boy or girl. I just get on with it, lol. I did tell DH he's in charge of potty training because he has the equipment, lol!

My friend's daughter peed on them all the time during diaper changes!
And at least with a penis you get some warning if you're watching it, lol!
My husband got peed on probably 20 times so far, I've only been peed on in the bath twice! :) My guy must love his mommy, lol!

I like having a boy because now when I change his nappy he'll grab his bits and bobs and laugh at me like "ha ha mummy, check out my hilarious tackle!" :haha:
I'd love a girl next for all the pretty clothes, I've told DH I'm just going to stick LO in a dress once a week :haha:

I LOVE that I have a boy because I grew up with a sister and we weren't allowed to do 'boy' stuff (stupid dad) so I get to do all that stuff I wanted to (I was secretly a tomboy). If I have a daughter, I will let her do whatever she wants and not restrict her because of gender like I was

I had always wanted boys, so I was thrilled to have my son. He's very chill, likes to cuddle, and loves to play. However he's got a rutton bum like this dad, you can tell if he pooped from a mile away. He's a total boy.

I would like to have a girl next though, b/c I LOVE THE CLOTHES!!! LOL.

I love toys that are traditionally more for boys as to me they are way more fun -legos, dinosaurs, space ships, adventure themes. Not that little girls can't love these things, but all the little girls I know are so obsessed with disney princesses - which I was too when I was a young girl so I'm not judging just noticing the trend. As an adult I look at the barbie, babies and princess toys and think....how boring!

I really hope we also are blessed with a little girl some day as each gender will come with different fun experiences. Maybe I can encourage her to buck the trend and play with pirates and aliens instead of hair salon barbies.

:coffee:

I have a girl and love the fact shes so independant, she loves everyone, doesnt mind being left alone for half hour while I clean up etc and she still loves to get cuddles from me when shes tired. Shes is rather crazy though lol but I love her for it, all the little boys I know are really clingy and seem quite wingy when held by people they dont know

im not looking forward to my LOs teenage years though and am hoping shes at least 20 before I become a grandma lmao xx

I <3 having a girl because I love all the pretty girly things she can wear and that she can wear mini mummy clothes. I love that she is independent and has diva tantrums at 7 months old haha!
