Glitter text....other ways to put sparkly text onto a picture

OK I would usually use photoshop for sparkly writing but my laptop is at home and our thread needs a signature piccy!! I was meant to do it at the weekend but been super busy so never got round to it and i dont have photoshop at work sooooo is there a website out there which does it!

We have a pic and I just need to put some fancy writing over the top of it with our thread name, ive seen a couple on here with sparkly writing ontop of a pic but im guessing that was done on photoshop!?

If not what other ways can i do it??
