Glue smell??

Hi everyone just asking for a bit of advice. I fed and done the usual with caleb as normal but noticed a super glue smell from his mouth. Theres no way he could of eaten any so thats out of the question but a bit concerned what it could be. I have brushed his teeth and still the smell is still there. We've carried on as usual went swimming. He's had his lunch and thought maybe the smell would go.
I think im going to ring nhs direct just to double check but wanted to see thirst if anyone else has exprerienced this xx

Is it like acetone/nail polish remover? My lo breath smells today but it because shes ill,got sickness bug.

Rocco's breath smells like that sometimes. The only way I can describe it is it smells like hand sanitizer, just not quite as much of an alcohol smell. I actually took him in when he was about a week old because I noticed it and googled it :doh: They took blood and did all kinds of metabolic tests and checked his sugar and everything was fine. I still smell it every once in a while. I would say take him in and have it checked out but it's probably nothing.
