going back to work after mat leave

im not due to go back to work til april, and im only planning on doing 2 nights instead of my previous 5, whcih they are fine with, however, ive just found out im pregnant again,due early sept, when do i have to tell them? ive worked it out, that i will only be at work for 9/10 weeks then i can leave again, going asap.

i would guess the same rules apply about when you have to tell them as with any other preg hun which is 25 weeks

Yep, you have to tell them by 25 weeks pregnant; however, be aware that while you are still entitled to SMP, you will only get 90% of what you were receiving between weeks 17 and 25 of the pregnancy. So if you are only getting about 123 a week (the normal SMP rate), then you will only receive 90% of that for the entire maternity leave period. First 6 weeks are 90% of pay; next 33 weeks are 90% or SMP basic rate whichever is the LOWEST.
