Going back to work: LO's age

The age has changed from going from Income Support to JSA to 5years but does anypne know when it will change again? Im not planning on going back.to work until LO is 3-4 years (in school) but if they change the age Im not sure this is possiblr.

I didnt think they were lowering below the age of 5, they changed it to 5 in a phased plan from 2008 to 2012
