Thanks what is chasteberry never heard of it?

I'm disappointed that it wasn't my cycle really wanted it to happen for Christmas. Well after nearly 2 years I don't care when it happens just hope its really soon.

Can't wait to get hold of the book ordering after Xmas, does this offer advice for people with irregular periods, does anyone know? X

Chasteberry is the herb that you see referred to as Vitex. It is the main ingredient in most fertility blend supplements. There are a lot of articles on Vitex/Chasteberry you may find interesting with your history. I have dozens of responses endorsing it due to my own success and if you want more info feel free to pm me.
