Heya im lydie,

I was 8stone pre pregnancy and a size 8.

Im not 10 stone 11iibs and a size 12 im 5ft 3.

this is me 2 months PP. :blush: at 11 stone 12iibs.

Horrendous stretch marks :(

This is me today/the last week.


Pregnancy RUINED my body.

But gave me the most beautiful child in the world.

Ive been doing zumba 1 or mostly 2 hours a week and am attempting to go for a run once/twice a week also which im scared of because i find it so hard any tips?

So my waist has shrank the most my legs have a little also (this is my problem areas) My tummy has also gone down considerably but i still look about 3/4 months pregnant and have a huge muffin top on the last pic you cant really tell but ill post anohter for you too see.


I want to get down to 10stone by 23rd of may.
And 9stone 7iibs by july.

Is this un realistic?

I went from 13stone 1 week after giving birth to 12 stone in 2 months from doing nothing!

I did atkins which took me from 12stone to 11 stone 3iibs in a month.

I am now eating healthily and exercising but im finding it very hard to shift!

Ive gone from 11 stone 2 last weekend to 10 stone 11ibs today which i thank zumba for!




My typical food diary is

Brek. big bowl of Special k with strawberrys between 7am and 8am.

Lunch.Oatcakes with extra light philli and ham salad.

Dinner.WW ready meal,quorn chicken nuggets low fat chips and salad . . . need more ideas!

Last week i had fajitas made with lean mince and salad or pasta with low fat sauce and lowlow cheese.

Anyway thats me :)
 
good luck:thumbup:.i would add in something to help strenghten ur core muscles as well.something like pilates or swiss ball
 
Good luck with it hun. You seem do be doing really well. Am aiming to run a 5k in september so am starting training next week. Gonna do a run/walk thing. XXX
 
Im so annoyed!!

Weighed myself this morning and ive put on a iib HOW :cry: :cry:

Im trying so so hard i just cannot get past 10.11ibs.

My dr mentioned having a blood test for somthing to do with my thyroid?

But i doubt its that.


What am i doing wrong???

of course!

I eat for Brek: big bowl of special k.

Lunch: oatcakes and ham with light phillidelphia and salad,or a sandwitch with low fat cheese and always salad maybe with some low fat crisps or snack a jacks.

dinner: Quorn chicken nuggets with low fat oven chips and salad,A weight watchers meal,pasta with low fat sauce.

Snacks: WW choclatte bars/low fat crisps fruit.

I think im eating to many carbs!?
 
Have you tried using myfitnesspal.com?

It'll work out everything for you foodwise for cals, etc.
 
yeahh ive just joined MFP,

im eating too little cals and too many carbs :dohh: need ideas! xx
 
Have a look through my Fatloss Journal, and look at ILoveShoes Journal too. Some good meal plans in both :thumbup:
