Going Mad

Hi all

i know people have probably had the same rant and i think i have posted something similiar previously but i feel like i am going mad!! i have afew days where everything is fine, i love being pregnant and the little one is going mad and kicking constantly then i have days like today and yesterday where i will have a nightmare that i have lost the baby and from the minute i wake up i feel like i have heavy bleeding, the baby then doesnt kick much during the day and i feel like i am pulling my hair out with worry. I really dont know what to do. I also dont like the idea of have a doppler at home incase i cant find the heartbeat and the cause even more unneccessary panic. i feel like i am loosing the plot.. i really wish that the next 14 week would hurry up..

It's a totally natural worry, it's so sad it is making this pregnancy such a worry and I don't know if there's any way to make it stop - you could try mind over matter but that's easier said than done - maybe counsellling for coping strategies?

I'm only 9 weeks and already doing this feeling great about it one day and really worrying the next - it feels like an eternity doesn't it!! - hopefully for you the next 3 mths will go fast and before you know it you'll be coming home with your baby

Yeah I am only 5 weeks and I am already feeling like you..it's gonna be a loooong 8 months..

Try to take it one day at a time..In my past pregnancies (and probably now too) my goal was and will be to be viable, then go past 24 weeks so I know that the Bubs has a chance to survive if something happens...each day is a gift, really, with each passing day she matures a little more, if you think of it..With each day she will be bigger and healthier and the chance for something going bad goes down, too.
