going of the mini-pill (micronor) and ttc

i'll be 38 in april. not sure if we are going to try for baby#2, but wondering if any ladies out there have ever been on the mini-pill and if so, how long it took to get af back? to get pregnant again?

the mini-pill is the progesterone pill (safe for breast feeding).
lo is 9 month, and i've just now stopped breast feeding.

would love to hear your thoughts

im keen to hear any answers, im just pondering if i should come off micronor. LO is 8 months an im keen to TTC soon too

I came off the mini-pill five weeks ago (Noriday). I haven't had AF since having Thomas who is now 17 months. Since coming off the pill I am keeping an eye on my temperatures (although not religiously charting) and I don't think I've ovulated yet. So I will be interested to see responses too. I am still breastfeeding but only one feed per day so I'm hoping that won't keep AF away.

ive decided im stopping it on sunday! im fed up of and the random periods i get with it. im still ovulating......apparently you are if your periods arent absent when on the mini pill. and my clear blue ov kit said i am tto. so im just going to see what happens!! good luck x
