Good number for 3.5 weeks?

Got my blood drawn yesterday to basically just confirm that I'm pregnant. The numbers came back at 22 at 3.5 weeks. My doctor wants me to go in tomorrow for another draw to make sure the numbers are rising.

Does it sound good for only 3.5 weeks?
