what you will need:
-one large mixing bowl
-1 large loaf cake tin (or whichever cake tins u have i can get 3 small cake tins out of this mix)
-whisk
-cake cases or greaseproof paper(it allows u to bring the cakes out alot easier from the tin)
ingredients:
1 muller light yogurt vanilla flavour
1 cup of oil
2 cups of sugar
3 cups of self raising flour
3eggs
this is known as a 1-2-3 method because of the ingredients obviously, very simple and easy to make, literally tip the yogurt into the mixing bowl then using the same carton each time measure 1 oil tip it in, then 2 cups of sugar, 3 cups of flour and then whisk 3 eggs and pour those in, whisk altogether until nice and creamy and go ahead and put them in your baking tins(which of course you would of prepared earlier)and then place your baking tins in the oven on gas mark 5 for aprox. 50 mins and enjoy!!
TIPS: its supposed to be originally lemon flavouring but i have tried many!! vanilla is tasty but my favourite is almond , u can buy the flavourings in most convenience stores for about £1 max, u can also add colouring for the kids if you like
