Got lots of children coming round???

My mum did this one year when she was short of money and didnt have lots of money to buy them expensive presents so she got a big box filled it with shredded newspaper/left over wrapping paper....filled it with stocking fillers.....sweeties, toys etc...blue paper for boys....pick for girls for the gender specific toys and used it as a lucky dip and also as a prize box for games.....they loved it!!
