I was thinking today about gratitude. I was told that I should write a gratitude list to help stay positive and deal with the stress of my job this year. So it got me thinking about being grateful in general and how taking the time everyday to be grateful for what we do have in our lives might help some of us along the journey of ttc.
I am learning that ttc requires patience and can sometimes be a frustrating journey. The more frustrated we become the more stressed we are and the more stressed we are the more negative we are. All of this can affect our bodies, hence potentially making it harder to conceive.
Research says that working out together helps people stay motivated to exercise. So maybe if anyone wants to join in and be gratitude buddies, that might help us take the time each day to think about what is going good in our lives. I figured it is worth a shot, so feel free to jump in anytime!
