Green bean recall

Cascadian Farms organic green beans have been recalled for listeria. I purchased them and consumed them Sunday night. I don't have the packaging still so I can't tell if it's within the dates recalled. Called my doctor and am waiting for a call back. Also call the grocery store and am waiting for a call back. The company had nothing to say because I don't hVe the package still. I am so worried. Does anyone know about how to find out if I've been affected?
