Growth Scan question...

Might be a silly question but here goes!

I have a growth scan next week due to GD but was wondering if they'd be able to tell us the sex of the baby then?

They couldn't tell properly at my anomaly scan, but said it's "more likely a boy".
We would like to know for certain but not sure they'll check for us as the scan isn't really for that!

Anyone have any experience with this?

I had a growth scan last week and to check my fluid levels. He asked me if I knew the sex and I said yeah he said it was a boy, but I asked him to check again and he did no probs. Zoomed in on his willy for me

Thank you! I guess it does depend on which hospital/sonographer etc. I hope they let me see!

Yip i had a growth scan & i asked & they told me

Then i had it confirmed at my next growth scan

I had a growth scan Monday and as I was calling the baby 'she' the lady doing the scan did a double check and showed us her lady bits, I dont think it will be a problem x

Yeah id ask hun, i had a scan Monday and she told me without me asking which was fab but wouldnt of been if i was team yellow :/

im sure if you asked they wouldnt mind quickly checking, if baby is in good position it would take less than 30 seconds to check for you. no harm in asking x
