Oh my days, they are hard work. My son is 3 and a half weeks, I think he's having a growth spurt, since last night he's been feeding every 1.5 hours (or a lot less). How long do they last?
The first two growth spurts are all consuming - they are at 3 weeks and 6 weeks roughly!!! Sounds like you are in the middle of one. They usually last a day or two before things settle down again. I'd suggest getting comfy on the couch and enjoy the snuggles with your son.
