I know someone who has just had a baby girl and called her Isla, and another who has called hers Elsie which is very unusual!!

Funny you should say that about Layla, i look after children and every name people were saying i was like "no, looked after a **** and he/she was awfuly naughty" lol x

Oh I get absolutely paranoid about my baby name, I hold it very close to my chest. It's not in any top 100 lists, but lately I hear it pop up here and there. I'm just praying it doesn't become the 'next big thing' name! haha

There are so many nice names floating around at the moment and people are stealing everybody's elses name ideas!

In South Africa probably the most popular name I've seen and heard lately is Tyla! I hate it so much! My friend loved it and I warned her everybody has that name and she wouldn't listen. I know a Tyla (girl), Tyla (boy), Tyler (boy), Tylah (girl) and about 3 other Tyla-Anne Tyla-Jade aaaaaaaaargh I would NEVER consider it no matter how nice it is! Just so over-used!

I've heard a few of my chosen name but it's definitely not at the top of any popularity polls (well unless you live in Italy!) :haha

I dont think you should change the name you have chosen because of that hun. I can understand you wanting something that not alot of people have, but that is the name you chose as you loved it, so keep it, dont change it because others have it, if thats the name you like, thats the name you should keep xx

I know how you feel, when I mention 'Jorja' Alot of people are like 'oh my cousin is called Georgia' and I get a strange look when I say 'oh no its with a J not a G...' You can see them trying to figure out Jorgia? Lol! x
